1. General Terms
▫️By placing a commission, you agree to these terms of service.
▫️I am the sole creator of all commissioned artwork and retain full copyright unless otherwise agreed.
▫️All artworks include my signature, which must not be removed.
▫️Commissions are for personal or non-commercial use only unless we have made a specific agreement.
▫️The final price may change depending on your specific requirements (e.g., additional characters, detailed background, etc.).
▫️I reserve the right to decline a commission if it doesn’t match my style or ethical values.

2. Commission Process
▫️Once we agree on the details, I will provide the price, estimated delivery time, and an invoice.
▫️Work begins after the deposit is received (minimum 50% of the total price).
▫️Throughout the process, I’ll share previews and allow feedback based on the agreed number of revision rounds (see pricing section).
▫️Final files will be delivered after the remaining balance is paid.

3. Final File Format & Resolution
▫️Illustrations are delivered digitally in PNG / PDF format (or another format upon request).
▫️Standard size: 3529×4700px at 300 DPI (print quality) + web version at 842×1191px, 72 DPI (unless agreed otherwise).
▫️File size and format will be adapted to the intended use (e.g., A4 for print, appropriate dimensions for web icons).
▫️If specific formats or dimensions are needed, this must be agreed upon before work begins.
▫️I do not provide PSD or source files unless specifically agreed at the start.

4. Payment & Cancellation

▫️Payment is made via bank transfer or PayPal after receiving the invoice.
▫️You can pay 100% upfront or a 50% deposit + 50% after sketch approval.
▫️Deposits are non-refundable. If the client cancels mid-project, the deposit covers work done up to that point.
▫️If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, I will refund the full amount.

5. Copyright & Usage
▫️All illustrations are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed.
▫️The client may not edit, resell, or use the work commercially without written permission.
▫️I reserve the right to share finished artworks in my portfolio or on social media (unless the client requests otherwise beforehand).
▫️For commercial use, licensing terms and pricing will be discussed individually.
▫️You may upload the final artwork to your website or social media and print it for personal use.

6. Edits & Revisions
▫️The number of allowed revisions depends on the chosen illustration type (viz., Commissions).
▫️Minor changes are included within the agreed revision rounds.
▫️Major changes outside the original brief may incur additional fees.

7. Communication & Contact

▫️You can commission a piece via email or the contact form listed on this website.
▫️All communication is handled primarily in writing to ensure clarity and agreement on all project details.
